Shop in the Hospital or Online
Our Gift Shop, Expressions from the Heart, is open Monday through Thursday from 9a.m. until 12 midnight; Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The store is operated by members of the West Georgia Health System Auxiliary and all profits from sales go to the West Georgia Health Foundation.
You can also purchase a gift online, 24 hours a day, to be delivered to a patient staying at West Georgia Health. Our online selection includes a variety of gifts appropriate for patients of all ages. Gifts will be delivered to patients at West Georgia Health Monday through Friday, from 9a.m. to 3:30 p.m.*. Gifts ordered online will be delivered only during these times. Orders received after 3:30 p.m. on Friday and orders received Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Orders received Monday through Thursday after 3:30 p.m. will be delivered the following morning after 9 a.m. Orders received on holidays will be delivered the following business day after 9 a.m.
Unfortunately, We do not ship orders outside of the Medical Center.
We also accept phone orders during regular business hours. To place an order by phone, please call 706-845-3718.
All online and phone orders require a minimum of $5. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
Please note: we cannot deliver plants or flowers to patients in the Intensive Care Unit or Hospice.
If you send a gift to a patient who has either been discharged from the hospital or cannot receive a gift because of the unit to which they are assigned, we will notify you by email and reimburse all charges to your account.
