Patients are informed on admission, what services Home Care will administer and how often our staff will be visiting the home. Visits are scheduled per physician orders.
Patients are called the evening before or morning of visit to give patient an estimated time of arrival to their home. On each visit, the staff member performs a head-to-toe assessment of patient, including emotional issues that patient may be experiencing as this can affect the plan of care.
Our Home Care staff is polite and treats patients and their homes with utmost respect. Patients are informed how to report a complaint or a concern. All comments, complaints, and suggestions are documented and pursued by the Clinical Manager or Home Care Director.
