Providing Compassionate Care

Since 1982, West Georgia Hospice has been providing skilled and compassionate care for individuals and their families facing a life-threatening illness, centering on the relief of pain and symptoms and focusing on living fully through illness and bereavement. Accredited by Joint Commission, West Georgia Hospice is Medicare- and Medicaid-certified and is licensed in the State of Georgia.

Serving Troup, Harris, Heard, Meriwether and Coweta counties, West Georgia Hospice cares for patients in their homes or residences. Hospice LaGrange, our beautiful 16 bed Hospice House, provides respite, general inpatient (acute) and routine home care (residential care) to patients of all ages regardless of their ability to pay.

Wherever a patient may be receiving care, whether in the patient’s home, skilled nursing or assisted living facilities or in Hospice LaGrange, our staff is committed to treating patients and their families with privacy, courtesy, dignity and respect as though they were our own family.

West Georgia Hospice has been named a 2013 Hospice Honors recipient, a prestigious award recognizing hospice agencies providing the best patient care as rated by the patient’s caregiver.
