Hours of Operation & Location

West Georgia Worx is located in the LaGrange Industrial Park at 100 Glenn Bass Road. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

• For all injuries, call the Nurse Care manager. 
• For all exams, call 706-845-3075 to schedule an appointment. 
• No appointment necessary for drug/alcohol testing.
