We know that taking care of you doesn’t always end with an office visit. Many patients need additional help recuperating from illnesses and injuries. That’s where our Rehabilitation Services team steps in.
Rehabilitation therapy is provided on an inpatient and/or outpatient basis and is based on each patient’s individual needs, condition and ability to function. The Florence Hand Home offers short-term rehabilitative services for post-hospitalized patients.
