This 5 week series is designed for expectant mothers and their support person to assist them to have the best pregnancy, birth, and early parenting experiences. Lamaze is no longer just about breathing! It is about taking the mystery out of childbirth and giving you the confidence to labor your way.
1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
This Course is the required CPR certification course for healthcare providers. It includes a two-year certification card. Class will be held at the Women’s Health Center Education Room. Pre-registration is required.
1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
This course covers the techniques of CPR and foreign body removal for adult / child and infant patients, as well as basic first aid skills. It also demonstrates effective operation of an automated external defibrillator. A two year certification card is obtained through skill check off and completion of the course. Student manuals are available upon receipt of payment for the course.
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
